amidst all the commotion about whether to build an arts centre or pave over the city centre union terrace gardens etc etc (longest story ever that I can't even be bothered to explain) I have a proposal too. in light of all that and the massive hoo-hah it's caused the city and art community here (what's left of it) it has been seen as a bit of a political statement but whether it is or not I'm not really bothered. maybe I'll propose some other ideas for around aberdeen. aberdeen does seem pretty much up for sale to the highest bidder anyway. here's the proposal and I've also tried to keep on top of the facebook discussions
